We want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our seating solutions. If your chair isn't the perfect fit for your home office, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your chair and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient courier collection from your doorstep.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
